With over 12 years of distinguished experience in management, social enterprise, and education
reform, Lilian stands out as a transformative leader and innovator. As the Founder and CEO of
Anchor SENDfriendly Independent School, she harnesses her extensive background

to drive educational excellence and create impactful social change.
Lilian’s career began with a strong foundation in technical and support roles at RM PLC, Foster
Wheeler, and Cegedim, where she developed a keen eye for problem-solving and technical acumen.
Her transition into social impact and education was marked by her influential role as SSA to the Local
Authority Commissioner on Education, where she spearheaded initiatives that significantly improved
local educational standards.
In 2014, Lilian co-founded The Audrey Pack Company, an initiative dedicated to enhancing maternal
and child health across Africa. She led a team of 50 in managing mobile health interventions, forming
strategic FMCG partnerships, and creating impactful health programs. Her innovative approaches
included the distribution of free Audrey Packs and developing mobile applications to streamline
access to maternal health resources.
In 2018, Lilian further extended her impact by founding Mums at Work NG, a platform dedicated to
supporting 21st-century working mothers. This initiative provides valuable resources on leveraging
technology, e-commerce, and financial solutions to enhance business and career prospects,
celebrating and advocating for working mothers.
In 2019, Building on her success in social impact, she established Anchor SENDfriendly Independent
School with a vision to revolutionize educational access and inclusivity. As an independent school
registered with the Department of Education, OFSTED-registered, and an IQM Excellence Centre,
Anchor SENDfriendly is dedicated to providing specialized support to children with Special
Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The school has recently expanded with new branches in
Lewisham and Bexley, furthering its commitment to delivering tailored educational experiences and
ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive. Her mission was clear: to create a nurturing
environment that provides tailored educational experiences, ensuring every child, regardless of their
challenges, has the opportunity to thrive.
